Beware of the Malnutrition Trap!!

As a parent,you will be the guardian of your child's eating habits. FAST FOOD,INSTANT FOOD,JUNK FOOD: they're okay to give to your child- to introduce new taste and for variety.

Just make sure she or he doesn't get addicted to them!
This is helping to make sure that your child can look forward to future free from diseases associated with unhealthy eating practices.
