After a busy day at office or at the house you need a beauty rest not only in your body but also in your face. Here are 4 Steps of Getting healthy skin every day...

Step 1: Wash off the Grime

Cleansing your skin from daily dirt and grime is the first and most important step in getting beautiful skin.Before taking your beauty rest ,cleanse your face with a gentle facial wash that matches your skin-type.Also shower off and cleanse  your whole body using unscented soap.

Step 2: Bring back the moisture

Soft and supple skin means a healthy and well-moisturized skin.White cleansing and exfoliating ,wash off dirt,grime and dead skin cells,they also strip the skin off its natural moisture and seal it in. you have to use lotions,creams or baby oil with vitamin E.

Step 3: Strip off dead skin

Dead skin cells contribute much to giving your face that rough feel and ashly look.that's why you need to exfoliate once a week or once in a two weeks.

Step 4: Protect from the sun

The sun's harmful UV ray's contribute much  to skin aging. To achieve super soft skin,you need to protect your skin from the suns damaging rays by applyng sunscreen. For daily use, a sunblock lotion with SPF level of of  is enough protection. But if you are going to the or were your skin will expose to sunlight, apply a sunblock with an SPF level not lower than 30, However to repair your skin cells damaged by the sun, you can also take multivitamins (specially vitamins E and D) and most of all wear proper clothing and accessories_like hats, shades, or bandanas_help shield your skin from direct sunlight.
